Larry Weppler has more than 45 years of experience in construction and construction services. He has extensive knowledge of submittal review and processing, change orders and change order negotiations, construction schedules, and updates and progress payment application preparation. Larry has worked on a range of projects during his time at Quiddity including the Hardy Yards Redevelopment, the Gosling Road Outfall Channel and Detention Facility, and BAWA 6 MGD Surface Water Treatment Plant. Larry is well versed in all phases of land development projects.
