Reese brings more than 22 years of civil engineering experience to Jones|Carter. He is responsible for handling land development projects from concept/feasibility through design to construction. Reese is also responsible for coordinating LEED® certified projects and managing site development design for regional retail centers and master-planned industrial centers, including many located over the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone (EARZD). He has worked as the design engineer and project manager on a variety of public and private sector projects that have relied on sustainable site practices to achieve LEED® certification or recognition as low impact development.
